Your Tranquility

Do you ever get stuck in a tranquil gaze, or do you barely feel tranquility at all? ⁣

If your one of those people that find it hard, be at peace. How does it show up in your body? ⁣

Life is wild, and for me, it’s summer meaning boys attempting to rollerblade around my house, play basketball and have a concert in a little jam-out corner. (𝘠𝘦𝘴, 𝘸𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘢 𝘫𝘢𝘮 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘤𝘰𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘳 𝘥𝘳𝘶𝘮𝘴, 𝘮𝘪𝘤, 𝘢𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘪𝘦𝘳, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢𝘭𝘭) Our home is loud, although I’m grateful for my healthy loud children. This makes it difficult to find peace or a tranquil state. ⁣

Suppose you don’t get peace often. I challenge you to listen & observe your body. When you’re overwhelmed, where does it manifest in your body? Your shoulders, your skin, your stomach, your personality, your neck (for me, it’s my hips & obliques) ⁣

If you're carrying stress, overwhelm, and an abundance of thoughts. Please find a way to break it down, to find peace, (𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘱𝘩𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘴 & 𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘢𝘹𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘱𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘰 𝘮𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘤 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘴 𝘮𝘪𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘭𝘦𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘮𝘦)⁣

Stretch out your body, take a long hot bath, find time for yourself.⁣

People in your world need you. They need your love, your thoughts, your hugs, your good deeds. ⁣

They want you happy, healthy, and with fewer stress wrinkles. 😂⁣

Your tranquility is everything. ⁣
